- Self check-in hotel for adults; children 13 and older are welcome. No front desk — take the elevator to your 2nd or 3rd floor room.
- All bookings carry a $75 per-room cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations and changes carry a mandatory $75 fee per room; changes, including shorter stays, are at the Inn's discretion. At some point before arrival your booking becomes non-refundable:
- Peak season (3 weeks before Memorial Day to 4 weeks after Labor Day): no refund within 14 days of arrival.
- Low season: no refund within 7 days for a Friday or Saturday arrival, or within 3 days for a weeknight arrival.
- Holidays — Thanksgiving Eve and Day, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and Easter Sunday — follow the 14-day rule.
We don't refund for personal or family emergencies or bad weather, and we don't give future-stay credits — travel insurance is a good idea.

Booking 2027
The full year of 2027 opens for booking on January 2, 2027. January and February 2027 open on December 1, 2026.
